Does Go Kids refer children to providers?
No, Go Kids does not refer children to providers. The alternative payments program allows for parental choice for the purpose of meeting the individual needs. However, providers can reach out to their local Resource and Referral agencies to request to be added to their network. Parents/caretakers will choose the provider that meets the child’s needs and the family’s preference.
Am I considered an employee of Go Kids, Inc.?
Per the Go Kids Service Agreement, providers are considered independently contracted and are not employees of Go Kids.
Can Go Kids provide tax support?
Go Kids does not provide tax support.
Payment Questions
When can I expect to get paid?
If the attendance sheets are received by 5 PM on the second business day, the provider will be paid on the 10th business day.
If the attendance sheets are received by 5 PM on the sixth business day, the provider will be paid on the 14th business day.
Who should I contact if I have a question regarding my payment?
If providers have questions about their payment or its breakdown, reach out to your assigned Accounts Receivable Specialist or send an email.
Who is my Accounts Receivable Specialist?
Please email AR Management at ARManagement@gokids.org for assistance in identifying your Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Can you send me an itemized report for my payment?
The only document we can provide is a voucher that includes the monthly payment for every child.
Attendance
Who should I contact if I have a question about the attendance sheet?
If providers have questions about submitting their attendance sheet or need to request one, reach out to your assigned Accounts Receivable Specialist or send an email.
How does the submission process for Digital Attendance work?
To submit the attendance digitally, the provider must create an account with CareConnect.

Why are union dues being withheld from my payment?
For questions regarding union dues, please contact your union representative or reach out to info@childcareprovidersunited.org for further assistance.
Are taxes withheld from my payment?
Per the Go Kids Service Agreement, taxes are not withheld from payments.
May a provider authorize another individual to request documentation on their behalf?
We must receive a written/email request directly from the provider to obtain their permission before fulfilling the request.
Account Changes
Whom do I need to contact to update my information?
For any changes to personal information (mailing address, phone number, email), licensing type, W-9 information, or banking information, please contact your assigned Accounts Receivable Specialist via email.
Can I submit changes to my account over the phone?
No, all changes must be submitted via email to your assigned Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Licensing & Provider Enrollment
How can I become a licensed provider?
Individuals must comply with Community Care Licensing Division licensing requirements, including orientation and pre-licensing inspections. See the weblink below for initial information. Or the provider can contact their local Resource and Referral Agency.
