Go Kids Inc. provides a comprehensive benefit package to full-time employees which include the following services:

Medical- Go Kids provides both company paid Cigna and Kaiser medical options at no cost to the employee. Both Cigna and Kaiser plans offer HMO, PPO & Health Savings Accounts (HSA) options.  

Dental- Go Kids provides Cigna dental services to employees at no cost. The Cigna dental plan offers basic services with 80% paid allowable procedures for dentists within their network while also offering 50% paid allowable procedures for any major services. Employees are responsible for paying for the cost of Cigna's dental plan premiums, as well as dependent coverage premiums through payroll deductions, if so elected.  

Vision- Go Kids utilizes Cigna Vision Care to eligible full-time employees at no cost to the employee. Cigna Vision Care allows for one eye exam and lenses every 12 months with only a small copay. Frames are allowed every 24 months with a $130 frame allowance. Contact lenses are available in lieu of glasses every 12 months. Employees have the option to elect dependent coverage premiums through payroll deductions.

Flexible Spending Accounts- Go Kids provides Flexible Spending Account options (FSA's) to eligible employees. FSA's can be used to pay for eligible healthcare, childcare, elder care, and transportation expenses through payroll redirection. Both employers and employees benefit from the tax savings offered by these plans because salaries are reduced by the amount redirected to the fund account. 

Retirement 401(K)- Go Kids provides, through Unified Trust, a 401(K) retirement plan to all Go Kids employees! Go Kids provides a minimum 3% contribution to the plan on a yearly basis. Employees also have the option to contribute to their 401(K) plan. This plan allows employees to make pre-tax and post-tax salary deductions into their tax-deferred account. 



Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Short & Long Term Disability- Go Kids provides a company funded Cigna Life Insurance and AD&D Policy for 30k to all eligible employees. In addition, all eligible employees have the option to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance, with the employee responsible for the premium costs. Cigna also provides employees with Short & Long Term Disability options in the case a disability lasted months or even years. 

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- Go Kids provides through Cigna, professional counseling assistance for all types of issues including health & wellness, relationships, grief, anxiety, chemical dependencies, legal and financial.

Paid Holiday- Go Kids provides New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, plus the day after and one week for Christmas as paid holidays.

Paid Time Off (PTO)- Go Kids provides paid time off to employees to use as they accrue it. Eligible employees begin accruing PTO upon hire based on the number of hours scheduled for the employee in the pay period, up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. PTO can be used by employees for a variety of reasons, such as sickness, vacation or for other personal reasons. Unused PTO may be carried forward to the next year, however, the maximum accrual that any employee may have at any time is 300 hours. 

Eligibility Requirements- New Employees are eligible for benefits the first of the moth following 30 days of continuous full-time employment. Medical benefits are available to full-time employees. Part-time employees, consultants and contractors are not eligible.
