In order to achieve our mission and implement our programs effectively, it is imperative that staff is treated with the same care, respect and inclusion as the clients. Each staff member has the responsibility and accountability to respond to clients needs. Our greatest strength is our committed, motivated and qualified staff.
We provide our staff with continuing training and educational opportunities to enrich their ability to serve families and children and to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs and challenges of the community we serve.
We believe that we must continue to adapt, learn, grow and change to meet the needs of our families and that if we do not grow, we will stagnate. We believe that all children share certain needs and that we can help low-income children and families to fulfill these needs and improve their quality of life.

Go Kids Staff
Child care centers are staffed by qualified teachers, instructional aides and support staff. All staff are required to obtain a "Child Development Permit" issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Staff attends in-service trainings to ensure personal and professional growth. All staff meet the requirements set forth by the State of California and operate within their guidelines to ensure a quality program which provides a good learning environment for your child. Adult-child ratios are maintained at 1:3 for infants (birth-18 months), 1:4 for toddlers (18 months to 36 months), 1:8 for pre-school (36 months to kindergarten), 1:14 for school age children (kindergarten-12 years old).
