When we search for an intern we are looking for our future leaders or employees. We look for someone who has a pleasant disposition, is glad to be at work, and is ready to rock and roll. The Board of Directors of Go Kids, Inc. is responsible for management and oversight of the business affairs of the corporation in accordance with the Bylaws. This includes management of the corporate assets (funds, intellectual property, trademarks, and support equipment) and allocation of corporate resources to projects.
