What is CARES?
It is a financial incentive program designed to promote, reward and encourage educational and professional development for early educators.

This is done through financial rewards and support programs.

CARES programs are supported by multiple funding sources including:

•Local First 5 Commission
•First 5 California
•CA Department of Education (AB212 Funds)
•Local Funding
