Board of Directors and Management and Staff
Overview: Go Kids bylaws allow no less than 5 and no more than 15 members on the corporate Board of Directors. Currently the Board is comprised of seven members representing the four counties of our services area. They bring a variety of experiences and talents to the operations of the agency. Board Members may serve two terms of three years each. At the end of two terms, the member can not serve as a voting member for at least one year. After one year, the member is eligible for re-election to the Board. Our nonprofit corporate bylaws are reviewed on a regular basis to reflect best practices in the field of nonprofit governance.
